These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the online payment portal made available by Aubrey Thrasher, LLC ("Aubrey Thrasher," "we," "us," or "our"). Tratta, Inc. and other service providers supply technology and payment-processing support for the portal. By accessing or using the portal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Permitted use

You may use the portal only for lawful purposes and only for an account you are authorized to access or pay. You agree to provide accurate information, protect any access credentials or secure links, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized activity. You may not attempt to disrupt the portal, bypass security, introduce malicious code, or access another person's information.

Account and payment information

Account balances and status are based on information available when displayed and may not reflect recent activity, pending transactions, interest, fees, court costs, or adjustments. A payment is not final until accepted and cleared. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, using the portal or making a partial payment does not create a settlement, release, satisfaction, extension, waiver, or modification of the underlying obligation or any court order.

Third-party services and availability

The portal may use Tratta, payment processors, financial institutions, and other service providers. Their services may be subject to additional terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portal functions when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or provider changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Disclaimers and legal rights

The portal is a payment and account-service tool. It does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the portal is provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived, including rights under applicable consumer-protection or debt-collection law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
