This Privacy Policy explains how Aubrey Thrasher, LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through its payment portal. Tratta hosts portions of the portal on our behalf and may process information as our service provider. This notice supplements any other privacy notice that applies to a particular account or relationship.

Information we collect

·       Identifiers and contact information, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, and account or reference number.

·       Account and transaction information, such as creditor or client information, balance, payment amount, payment schedule, payment status, and authorization records.

·       Payment information submitted to the portal. Full card or bank-account details may be collected and processed directly by Tratta or a payment processor and may not be stored by Aubrey Thrasher.

·       Technical and activity information, such as IP address, device/browser information, authentication events, portal activity, cookies or similar technologies, and security logs.

·       Communications, requests, disputes, consents, and other information you provide to us.

How we use information

We use personal information to verify identity; display and administer accounts; process, document, and reconcile payments; communicate about accounts and transactions; maintain consent and opt-out records; detect fraud or security incidents; respond to requests or disputes; improve portal operations; enforce agreements; and comply with law, court orders, client requirements, professional duties, and record-retention obligations.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to the creditor, account owner, or client we represent; Tratta; payment processors and financial institutions; hosting, communications, security, analytics, and professional service providers; courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other persons when required or permitted by law; and parties involved in a business reorganization or transfer, subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising [CONFIRM].

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and to satisfy legal, contractual, client, professional, and recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system or transmission method is completely secure.

Choices and rights

You may update contact preferences, opt out of text messages, or request information about applicable privacy rights by contacting us. Depending on your state and applicable exemptions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain or decline a request when permitted by law, including to preserve legal records or protect another person's rights.

Other provisions
